Client Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need care?
As people get older or may have experienced an accident they find it harder to cope with their daily routines, a little bit of assistance from our staff can help relieve the anxiety in not being able to carry out these tasks and are often most welcome.
What are the first steps for getting help?
Our management are happy to discuss your needs and concerns over the phone initially before we arrange for a free visit by a member of management to assess your needs and wishes.
If I accept care do I lose my independence?
No, on the contrary we provide professional care that is tailored around our client’s wishes for independence in their own homes and within the community.
How much does the care you provide cost?
Our fees are based on the amount of time, time of day and type of service that is required. A full Fee Schedule is available upon request but all clients will automatically be provided with one during their first visit and initial assessment.
